1. Order Processing & Delivery

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-order Items: Pre-order items require a 7–10 business days stock preparation period. Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all products are in stock. We will ship the complete order (including in-stock items) in one single dispatch once pre-order items are ready.

Processing Note: Eligible in-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Timeframes

All orders ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by region:

Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $500

Estimated Arrival (After Dispatch): 1–3 business days

Macau / Taiwan

Shipping Fee: Flat rate HKD $30

Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $500

Estimated Arrival (After Dispatch): 7–14 business days

Courier: Spaceship Shipping / SF Express

International Orders

Shipping Fee: Flat rate USD $10

Free Shipping: Orders over USD $65

Overall arrival takes 5–14 business days, depending on destination.

- North America (USA, Canada): 8–14 business days

- Rest of World: Up to 14 business days

* While we aim to meet the estimated arrival timeframe after dispatch, delays may occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather or courier issues. Arrival times are not fully guaranteed. All estimated timelines are based on the latest courier data. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tide Charm is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.

Lost Parcels: For lost-in-transit parcels, contact us via email within 30 days after shipping confirmation. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and offer a refund or replacement, subject to stock availability.

Damaged Parcels: For damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear product and packaging photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement based on current stock.

4. Customs & Import Duties

Most international shipping fees cover customs duties and taxes, meaning no extra charges upon delivery.

In rare cases, local customs may charge additional import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Customs clearance may extend delivery timeframes. Tide Charm is not liable for customs-related delays.

5. Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be unused, in perfect condition, and accompanied by original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized jewelry and items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for returns.

Items that fail to meet our return terms will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s own cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
